Our inspiration for this project is rooted in Bauhaus movement, which prioritizes form and function over ornamentation. The result is modern, uncluttered and minimalistic, with a focus on creating a harmonious flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Modern houses at MIJAM are characterized by their sleek, minimalist design, clean lines, and use of industrial materials such as concrete, steel, and glass. Open floor plans, large windows, and geometric shapes create a strong sense of spaciousness and light.
